Brideau's Apparel & Gifts Important Information

Please read the disclaimer and terms below, it is assumed that if you visit this site or order with Brideau's Apparel & Gifts then you have read and understood this disclaimer. 

Any items provided to Brideau's Apparel & Gifts (logos, text, images, etc.) for use in design projects, is assumed to be the property of the customer or the customer has permission to use these items. Brideau's Apparel & Gifts will not be responsible or held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement or any other misuse of any item provided by the customer. The customer assumes ALL responsibility legal or otherwise for all items provided to the designer and of the final design approved.

It is the responsibility OF THE CUSTOMER to thoroughly review all work for any discrepancies. Once the customer places an order and approves the design, the customer waives Brideau's Apparel & Gifts and we will not be held responsible for any errors in the design once printed.

 It is the responsibility OF THE CUSTOMER to meet their customer or personal deadlines of delivering their finished product. Brideau's Apparel & Gifts will not be held liable or issue a refund for product delivery delays within the time frame specified by USPS mail system via Priority or First Class mail.  If the product reaches you damaged beyond use as intended or deemed lost by the USPS after 21 days, then Brideau's Apparel & Gifts can file a USPS insurance claim in attempt to recover $50.00 to be refunded to the purchase.

Your satisfaction is important! If you have concerns regarding damaged or defective products, did not receive merchandise you ordered, or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours.

Return Policy 


On occasion, products need to be returned.  Please adhere to the following guidelines:

1 -  Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged and will not be accepted without prior approval. To obtain return authorization, please email us at Upon consent, the goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing materials including inner cartons. Example: a figurine in the original gift box and then in the mail order brown carton. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be returned in its original condition with the original packing materials. Product returned not in compliance with company policy is subject to refusal.

2 -  Returns must be made within 20 days of date of purchase.

3 -  Misused or abused products are not subject to return. Balloons that have been punctured or cut will not be accepted.

4 -  Damaged and/or defective products are replaced or credited at the discretion of the Customer Care Department.

5 - Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of said merchandise.

Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return. If you did not receive merchandise you ordered or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is important.

Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking service charge.


You may return most new, unopened/unworn items that are defective within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not include an error when ordering, such as ordering the wrong color, size or design. Shirts may not be worn and be free from deodorant stains, stains, animal hair, and smoke. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If an item is defective, we will either return or exchange it for the exact same item, such as style, size, color and design once we receive the defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  It may take 1 to 3 weeks to ship some items.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell 
are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Brideau's Apparel & Gifts has the right to cancel any orders that are priced incorrectly.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Brideau's Apparel & Gifts will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was charged.
